The Agendas and supporting documents of upcoming meetings are drafts and subject to revision at any time prior to a meeting. Personnel information such as resumes, legal matters, real estate and contract negotiations and other issues under review may not be included, and supplemental materials may be introduced at meetings, as appropriate. The Summaries are brief records of the items considered and the actions taken at the meetings. The Minutes are the official record of the proceedings of the meetings, adopted by each committee at its next meeting
