Policy 2.15 Representation of Clients by Attorney Members of the Board of Trustees
A member of the Board of Trustees who is an attorney may represent clients in negligence litigation against the City of New York, the Board of Education, or any of the public authorities functioning in the City, provided such litigation does not involve the assertion of any claim against the Board of Trustees or adverse to its interests.
